World-class Clark International Airport (CRK) in Pampanga has just leveled up its passenger services in partnership with the Plaza Premium Group, the pioneer and industry leader in innovating global airport hospitality services and facilities. Now, “every-Juan” can have a taste of premium facilities with the opening of the Plaza Premium Lounge, ALLWAYS (Airport Meet & Assist Services), and TGM Root98, an airport dining outlet that serves Japanese and Korean cuisines.

The first lounge one will come across upon entering the Departure Hall of the Clark International Airport is the ALLWAYS Lounge, a meet and assist service with a concierge facility. Since it is located in the area where travelers check-in, CRK passengers can come in accompanied by immediate family members. ALLWAYS’ friendly staff provides seamless airport assistance from Departure, Transit and Arrival for a smooth coordination in all aspects of the passengers’ needs.

It is very convenient to have someone who is knowledgeable and can assist in various passenger situations, such as fast-tracking requirements that include Customs, Immigration and Quarantine Checkpoints, a bundled Plaza Premium Lounge service, airport transfers, as well as other concierge services such as hotel bookings, flower bouquet arrangement, dinner reservation and business center use.

This is Plaza Premium Group’s second addition of the Plaza Premium Lounge in the Philippines. The first one is in Mactan International Airport in Cebu, which was launched early this year. Plaza Premium Lounge is a pay-per-use facility that is open to all types of passengers who would like to spend time in comfort during lay-overs and transfers at the Clark International Airport. The lounge access costs P2,480 per person that is good for two hours. In this luxurious space, you can use the shower amenities, and the smoking room.

With the aim to redefine comfort for all types of travelers from business to leisure, from the solo traveler to family groups, a variety of seating types, and configurations is well-thought of. It’s so spacious, the lounge can easily accommodate up to 170 people. The Plaza Premium Lounge is equipped with huge sofas, electrical plugs, a co-working space, buffet snacks, unlimited sodas, juices, and wines. It is carefully curated in design, and the unique amenities provide a premium experience for airport passengers. A range of local and international food offer alongside a self-serve coffee and drink station, the lounge is the prime option for passengers’ layover in modern airport today.

Meanwhile, travelers on business and first class may automatically use the Plaza Premium Lounge. A VIP Meet & Greet area, and in-lounge flight information are also part of the set-up. It is primarily a space to work, unwind and recharge.
The Plaza Premium Lounge’s layout and design is inviting, with a patch of greenery for that relaxing feel. Passengers are welcomed at a reception area with ambient lighting that instills warmth during lounge admission. Establishing itself with awareness of the facility where they operate, materials used are locally made, with artwork that suits its surroundings.

As part of its hospitality facilities, Plaza Premium Group also recently launched its food and beverage offers, introducing menu customization with the opening of TGM Root98 and Bar which is adjacent to Plaza Premium Lounge. Its concept is derived from JAKO – an eatery that combines Japanese and Korean cuisine. Their best-sellers are the Beef Bibimbap, Tonkatsu Curry Don, Beef Gyudon and Korean Seafood Tofu Stew Pride with its locally sourced ingredients. The outlet also offers plant-based and vegan food options.
