The nationwide competition celebrates and recognizes expertise of Ford dealer sales, service, and technical personnel to boost customer experience
Ford Philippines recently held its Ford Skills Olympics, a nationwide competition that celebrates and recognizes top talents among its dealer sales, service and technical personnel.
Held at the Ford Parts Distribution Center in Laguna, the 2025 Skills Olympics gathered over thirty Sales Consultants, Service Advisors and Technicians who underwent a written and practical exam that tested their knowledge on Ford products, services, various processes, and repair and maintenance procedures.
The Ford Skills Olympics has become an effective platform to showcase talents and develop the necessary skills in delivering customer satisfaction and delight. It also celebrates camaraderie among dealership teams in working together to achieve business objectives.
This year’s theme, “Ford Siklab,” reflects a “Philippine Fiesta” experience that highlighted local culture, energy, and community spirit – the same values that define the Ford dealer network. “At Ford, we believe that one of our strengths lies in our dealer network – and that means investing in the development and growth of our dealer teams through the Skills Olympics,” shares Pedro Simoes, managing director, Ford Philippines.
